Cultural Competence for Graduates
Why do graduates need to build cultural competence?
Graduates need a global mindset, cultural competence and resilience to be able to succeed in today’s increasingly complex and competitive global business environment.
Cultural training ensures graduates develop practical communication skills and strategies to operate more effectively in multi-cultural and multi-locational teams; build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and clients from other cultures; work successfully with others on international projects; and develop as future global leaders.
Our training is designed to support graduates operating in an international context, either working on international projects or in multi-cultural teams.
“This was an excellent day, the trainer’s knowledge and approach was perfect.”
