We provide live, interactive, remote training using the online training platform Zoom (or an alternative platform to suit client preference).
The duration of training is flexible to suit client objectives.
Programmes are modular, and for longer training programmes we recommend that each session is delivered on a separate day, to allow for reflection on learning and to build confident group interaction.

E-learning solutions enhance the learning experience, particularly where large groups need to be upskilled in a short period of time. They are cost effective and allow 24/7 access to training materials such as training videos, podcasts and cultural insight guides.

Our one-to-one training sessions focus on equipping indivuals with the cultural intelligence to work successfully across cultures. We deliver training for International Assignees, High Potentials, Senior Leaders and as part of a Personal Development programme.
Follow-up or support coaching can be provided face-to-face or remotely, for example, on short notice in preparation for a specific business trip or meeting.

Younger children can work separately with a specialised family consultant in order to address their individual concerns in an age-appropriate way.
