We deliver training anywhere and everywhere in the world
SUSTAINABLE LEARNING
In order to make the training sustainable there are various approaches we recommend are implemented internally, and others where we support our clients with ongoing initiatives:-
Graduate Development – We would highly recommend that Cultural Training becomes part of a Graduate Development Programme. Culturally competent graduates recognise and challenge their own cultural values, assumptions and behaviours, and build better relationships for working internationally.
Training Champions – We can support you in identifying and training individuals to help embed cultural learning within your organisation, and to recognise and react to cultural challenges and issues in a timely manner, assessing whether additional support is required.
Train the Trainer – We offer Train the Trainer programmes. We help give trainees the confidence and know-how to develop training programmes, and to deliver and structure training in-house.
Follow Up Webinars - A series of follow up webinars can be scheduled at e.g. 6 monthly intervals to revisit and develop key aspects of cultural training in order to refresh and further develop skills.
Internal Networks – Group Training can be the catalyst to forming internal networks. We can support the continuation of internal networks formed as a result of previous cultural training, and offer group discussion facilitation on an ad hoc basis.
Lunch and Learn – A series of informal open (Ted type) talks can be scheduled to touch on any aspect of our training e.g. remote communication skills. These are thought provoking sessions with one of our Interculturalists and provide participants with key takeaways to use immediately.
Ongoing Coaching – It may become evident from the training that there are individuals that require additional support. We coach at all levels, including Executive Coaching.
