Culture for Global HR Management
Human Resources teams often take on regional as well as global responsibilities, such as the identification and management of international talent, or the provision of appropriate training and career opportunities for a culturally-diverse workforce wherever it is located. HR Managers with international responsiblities need to be able to identify the competencies required to succeed in a global environment, and understand the impact that culture has across the different areas of HR (recruitment, performance management, training and development, talent management and career planning).
