Creating a high performing team is hard enough when team members are local, co-located and share the same cultural values. The challenges can be huge when your team members come from different countries and work in different locations.
Our February workshop is for leaders and members of remote or international teams. We will look at the impact of cultural differences and how they can often cause unintentional ambiguity, misunderstanding and even offence. We’ll explore: techniques for building high quality relationships and trust across cultures; communication skills; practical strategies for remote working, and how to successfully manage and engage virtual teams working around the world.
